• Pain – One of the most common symptoms when suffering from a gall bladder disease is the chronic pain experienced in the upper portion of the abdomen. The pain can be felt with 2 days or 1-day gap during the start of its occurrences. The pain then continues to increase gradually, possibly last for several hours and going to have frequent attacks after a long time. One noticeable thing about this symptom is it usually occurs after eating fatty meals.
• Other Gall Bladder Symptoms – Men suffer from jaundice and change in the color of the stool. The skin and eyes of a person with gall bladder disorder may turn into yellow.
Gall Bladder Diet And Risk Factor
There are several risk factors involved in the formation gall bladder disorder such as family history, body weight, gender and many more. A right diet plan is very important if you want to avoid having problems with your gall bladder. Foods that are rich in cholesterol or high in fat could contribute to gallstone formation. Healthy foods should be included in your gall bladder diet plan such as vegetables, whole grains, fresh fruits, lean meat, fish, poultry, and low-fat dairy products.
